We are currently experiencing issues with NBN in the area which is impacting our phone systems. We have a phone diversion in place but this is not able to take our normal capacity on incoming calls. Our reception team are taking a higher than normal amount of phone calls whilst still handling their every day tasks at the front desk. There is a high probability that we will also be short staffed in the coming weeks as there will be a need for home isolation. We are as always, delivering the best care that we are able to to all of our patients.
