Cold or Flu Symptoms

Albany Clinic continuously strives to ensure the health and well being of all our patients and visitors to the Clinic.  We have many patients who are vulnerable and we need to ensure continued protection to these patients as well as yourself.

To ensure this we request that all patients who are suffering from any cold or flu like symptoms contact the clinic prior to their appointment and advise the reception team.  You will either be isolated in a free room or you may be asked to wait on the veranda for your consultation.  Prior to attending the clinic for the appointment you will be asked to perform a RAT test and for the test to be negative.   If your test should return positive then you will need to contact the reception team and request a phone consultation.  Please be advised there will still be a fee incurred for this consultation.  You can refer to our Phone consultations page.
